Phil Brown – Managing Director
Prior to starting Twenty Twenty Property Partners, Phil was GM Investment, Development and Capital Management at NZX listed DNZ Property Fund. Phil has also held senior management roles in other listed and private companies investing in property through both development and finance. He has over 30 years experience in property development, property finance, mergers and acquisitions in New Zealand and Australia and led DNZ’s restructuring from single asset entities through amalgamation and the final NZX listing of the company. Phil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Auckland, designation of ANZIV, and is a Registered Valuer.

 

Paul Duffy – Director
Paul has had 30 years experience in the property industry, both within New Zealand and internationally. He was previously Chief Executive and Director of DNZ Property Fund until his retirement in 2013. Prior to that, Paul was general manager of Fletcher Property Limited and was joint managing director with an offshore government property investment agency (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority), responsible for the formation of a large real estate portfolio in the United States and Europe. Paul is a former President of the Property Council of New Zealand, and co-founder and former Chairman of the Keystone Property Education Trust.

 

Alastair Hasell – Director
Alastair has over 30 years experience in accounting, financial services, sharebroking, funds management and property management in New Zealand and Australia. Alastair was co-founder of both the New Zealand Rural Property Trust and DNZ Property Fund Limited.
