Located in the centre of the Buckley Precinct along Hobsonville’s ‘high street’, The Grounds will include 42 amenity-rich apartments, outdoor living, co-working space and lush and sustainable landscaping.

The Grounds is being developed by TW Twenty Twenty Limited (TWTT) a joint venture entity between Tall Wood Limited and Twenty Twenty Property Partners. Phil Brown and Martin Udale are the Directors of TWTT.

UNION GREEN – AUCKLAND

Twenty Twenty Property Partners took a full equity position provided by mezzanine finance in this quality development.

WHITBY LAKES – WELLINGTON

Whitby Lakes is a privately owned retirement village overlooking Whitby Lower Lake and beside the Whitby Shopping Centre. Twenty Twenty Property Partners own  50% of the village.

The final stage comprising 25 apartments is now under construction with completion scheduled for December 2018.

ALTA TOWNHOUSES – QUEENSTOWN

Twenty Twenty Property Partners created the Alta Townhouses providing flexible housing options based on sustainability, innovation and a strong sense of place to capture the alpine character of Queenstown. The development comprises 16 two and three bedroom homes with private courtyard gardens and views towards the Remarkables

The development which is 100% owned by Twenty Twenty Property Partners is fully sold and was completed in August 2016.

THE MERIDIAN BUILDING – WELLINGTON

Meridian Energy

The Meridian Building on Wellington’s waterfront, New Zealand’s first 5 Green Star office building to be occupied. Projectmanaged by Phil Brown, this property features leading edge sustainable design and environmentally responsible features. The building has won a number of awards including:

DHL AUCKLAND AIRPORT – AUCKLAND

Located in close proximity to Auckland International Airport, this 13,669sqm high stud office/warehouse was completed in August 2005 as a design built facility for DHL. The site fronts onto George Bolt Memorial Drive, the main arterial to Auckland International Airport.


THE POINT APARTMENTS – AUCKLAND

Designed by Moller Architects and built by Fletcher Construction, The Point apartments are arguably New Zealand’s premier apartment building, located on the waterfront at Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour. The Building comprises 85 of luxury apartments over five levels in three separate apartment buildings. The development was conceptualised and delivered by Paul Duffy during his time as General Manager of Fletcher Property.


VIADUCT POINT APARTMENTS – AUCKLAND

Also designed by Moller Architects, the 78 unit Viaduct Point apartments were again conceptualised and delivered by Paul Duffy during his tenure at DNZ. The development was designed to complement The Point apartments, albeit on different commercial terms to suit the different aspect and location of the site. Viaduct Point is regarded as a quality development, cleverly designed to maximise GFA to deliver the right outcome for the developer and end users alike.


WESTGATE ENCLOSED MALL – AUCKLAND

Phil Brown and Paul Duffy, during their tenure at DNZ, successfully led the negotiation and subsequent purchase of the Westgate enclosed shopping centre development land at Westgate Town Centre. Phil was actively involved in the initial design of the 34,000sqm shopping centre and oversaw its pre-leasing that enabled construction commencement of the mall in April 2014.
